I admit I wasn’t fond of Blood Curse by comparison to the original Siren. While the bump in presentation and game structure that was a bit more intuitive were welcome additions, the new American cast felt pandering and unwelcome. Not to mention the incredibly goofy acting and the absolutely inexcusable lag you would get when using the Sight Jacking split screen feature. And although you gave special mention to the Maggot Shibito, I have to confess that I burst out laughing when they were introduced. The lolling, impossibly proportion neck didn’t say “Abominable Perversion Created by a Mad Shinto Deity” so much as “Derpy Obese Jibber-Jabber”.
Shittttt…They look downright terrifying. I think I will be avoiding this game, since I value non-nightmare filled sleep D:
